Hunting & Fishing Licenses

There are three ways to purchase a NH fishing or hunting license:

1. Online; buy online with our online license sales site*
2. By mail; download a print-and-mail license application
3. In person at one of Fish and Game's license agents
4. In person at Town Clerk's office

*Please note: If you have not purchased a hunting license or bow hunting license since 2000 – even if you are a licensed bow hunter buying your regular hunting license or vice versa – you are not in the

   licensing database and must go to a regular license agent to get your license; you will not be able to buy online or at Wal-mart. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The person obtaining the license must be present with their driver’s license and their previous hunting license or their firearm/archery license number. In order to receive the resident rates, you need to have a NH driver’s license.
