Beginner 2 Ballroom Dancing:

Intermediate Ballroom Dancing:

This exhilarating series unfolds every Sunday until February 25, from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM, at the Ed Garvey Recreation Center. Perfectly tailored for those who have completed the Beginner Two Ballroom Dancing Class, this series promises to elevate your dance proficiency to new heights.

Senior Yoga Series: Embrace Wellness Every Tuesday! 

Embark on a journey of wellness and tranquility with our Chair Yoga Series starting on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM. Designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, this seven-week series offers a unique approach to yoga.The cost of this course is $64 dollars for the whole session

 

Adult Yoga with Sharon Bridson

Join us for a rejuvenating Adult Yoga Class series every Monday, starting from March 11 through April 22. Take a mindful journey towards wellness as you immerse yourself in the transformative practice of yoga, cultivating strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
