Fall Programming
Late Summer Yoga: Join us for Summer Yoga with Sharon Bridson. Classes start at $100 for Sandown residents and $110 for non-residents.
Beginner 2 Ballroom Dancing: Join Bill Vanderhoof and his assistant Maria as they teach ballroom dancing. This class is designed for people who have already taken their beginner class
Intermediate Ballroom Dancing: Join Bill Vanderhoof, assisted by Maria, as they teach you Ballroom Dancing. This class is designed for intermediate students who have previously taken classes with William and Maria.
Chair Yoga: Chair yoga is a form of yoga that is done while seated in a chair or using a chair as a support for standing poses. Chair yoga is a gentle form of exercise that focuses on the breath, balance, flexibility, stretching, and strengthening the body. Chair yoga also promotes relaxation, improvement of circulation, and better sleep. It helps to reduce inflammation and improve joint mobility. The best part is ANYONE can do chair yoga and every individual body will benefit from taking chair yoga. We will move, stretch, and have fun! October 10 - November 14, Tuesdays 11:00 - 12:00
Senior Coffee Hour: Join us for free coffee and good company! This free coffee time is for seniors to just come and socialize. Coffee is provided, however, we do ask you to sign up so we know how much to make!
