Sandown Old Home Day Celebration, will be held on Saturday, August 10th, 2024 from 9am - 5pm at Sandown Central Elementary School  - 295 Main Street, Sandown, New Hampshire.

*UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE WARRANT ARTICLE NOT PASSING, THERE WILL BE NO FIREWORKS*

Food vendors will hear back ASAP for confirmation/booking.


DISCLAIMERS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION (Please Read Carefully)
As there is a limited number of spaces for vendors, it will be on a first come, first serve basis with discretion to deny due to multiple vendors in a category.  

All spots are outdoors, we will provide the reserved space, you provide everything else to create a booth, and the committee will determine where you will setup at the event. Please see important notes below.*

Cost: 25$  MANDATORY DONATION TO OLD HOME DAY FUND 
Non Profit: 0$ (Requires proof of NPO status - please mail a copy with your liability form)

Mail a check or pay online, AND please mail a signed Liability Waiver Form (attached via a link below)

If there are any immediate issues/denials - you will be contacted post haste. 

Food vendors will be contacted ASAP as your application is processed.

*Important info
-Prepayment and completed Liability waiver will reserve the space.
-Vendors must supply their own table, canopy, electrical extension cords and water hoses. Craft/Business vendors may not have access to electricity, but we will do our best to accommodate.
--***SANDBAGS/WEIGHTS/STAKES-may be used if terrain allows-*** Required*** for all pop-up tents.
- Please write your name on all of your supplies.
- Vendors must be setup and ready to sell by the event start. (August 10th, at 9am)
- Please DO NOT arrive before 6:30am, and NO LATER than 8:15am due to the Parade Traffic and limitations
