Vital Records are certified copies of marriage, birth, or death certificates.

At our office we can obtain Birth records from 1988 to current.

Death and Marriage records from 1990 to current.

New Hampshire vital records are considered to be private and New Hampshire statue restricts them to only those individuals who have a “direct and tangible interest” in the record.  In order for us to issue a vital record you must present a picture id.  We cannot do any phone inquires.

The fee to obtain a vital record is $ 12.00 for the first copy and $ 8.00 for any additional copies purchased at the same time.
