PAY YOUR PROPERTY TAXES ONLINE! The Town of Sandown is excited to offer residents in our community a new, convenient method to pay your real estate taxes via the web. Simply go to Log In to pay your current real estate tax bill online. Easy, convenient, and secure Electronic bank transaction. Uses checking or savings account. Register now at Sign In. By Personal Check (ACH Payments) - 25 cents per payment transaction Credit or Debit Cards - We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. There is a non-refundable convenience fee for credit card transactions based on the payment amount.
